Please review these terms before placing an order or approving a proof. They cover production, payment, artwork, and what happens if something needs to be fixed.
Please review your proof carefully — spelling, names, colors, placement, and quantities. Once you approve the proof, we move your order into production and changes can't be made.
Mockups are digital previews, not photos. Because every screen, garment, and material is different, final colors, print size, and placement may vary slightly.
Our standard production time is 10–14 business days after we receive both your proof approval and 40% deposit. Need it sooner? Reach out and we'll see what's possible.
A 40% deposit is required to start your order. You can pay online, or save 3.5% by paying with cash or check at our Haywood Road shop.
Colors can look different from screen to screen and from fabric to fabric. If you need a very specific color match, let us know — we can work with Pantone values when available.
We use quality brand-name garments, but we don't manufacture them ourselves, so small imperfections can happen. If it's your first time using a garment style, we recommend trying a sample for sizing and fit.
We're happy to print on garments you provide, but we can't replace them if something goes wrong in production. If there's an issue, we'll waive the print fee on that item, but the garment itself is your responsibility.
For items like business cards, posters, and stickers, small trim shifts and slight color variation between batches are normal. If you need tight consistency across reorders, tell us so we can plan for that.
For best results, please send high-resolution or vector artwork (300 DPI or higher). Low-resolution files may print soft or pixelated and could require additional art cleanup charges.
If something doesn't look right, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If we made a mistake, we'll reprint the affected items once they're returned.
On some apparel and bulk print jobs, final quantities can vary by about ±2–3%. You'll only be billed for the quantity you receive.
If you need to cancel after we've started work (art setup, ordering materials, scheduling production), some fees may still apply. We'll always be upfront and fair about any costs.
